Established in 1989, Guy + Larry Restaurants consists of world-class restaurants ranging from upscale casual to fine dining. Each concept possesses a unique atmosphere and flavor, maintaining individuality by tailoring the surroundings and menus to reflect the energy of the city and needs of its guests.

Successful culinary restaurateurs Guy Villavaso and Larry Foles have been bringing innovative and distinctive restaurant concepts to life that reflect their Southern hospitality, entrepreneurial spirit and flare for the culinary arts. Having launched the Z'Tejas Southwestern Grille, Eddie V's Prime Seafood, Roaring Fork, Wildfish Seafood Grille, Salty Sow and Hopdoddy over the course of three decades, they pride themselves on the highest-quality freshest ingredients available, cooked with simple techniques that accentuate the food’s natural flavors. New concepts to the restaurant group include: Red Ash Italia, Tumble 22 Hot Chicken, ATX Cocina, a Modern Mexican restaurant, and most recently, J. Carver's Oyster Bar and Chop House in Austin, Texas.

To date, the restaurants’ core markets are Austin and Houston, Texas, and Scottsdale, Arizona.
